to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage building maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to company standards.
Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams.
Prepare estimates, technical reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and improving operational efficiency.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge in building systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
