Position Title: Engineer - BOM (Bill of Material) & Measurements

Work Location

: Ras Al Khaimah

Education Required:

Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required:

Fresher or 1 year in the field of Automotive which includes reverse engineering/ Benchmarking of automotive products which also includes team management of min 4-member team for 1 or more years

Skillset Required:

- Automotive product/system design knowledge.

- Experience in Reverse engineering of electric/IC engine vehicle.

- Reverse engineering/benchmarking knowledge on automotive products.

- Knowledge on Bill of Material creation for Automotive vehicle parts.

- Knowledge on the Metrology & measurements for automobile vehicles parts.

- Automotive Vehicle data capturing & management experience.

- Knowledge Electrical parts/ Equipment's knowledge.

- Knowledge on automotive Parts naming & functionality identification.

- Weight Capturing/ Weight Analysis study of the entire vehicle.

- Knowledge on automobile vehicles joining methods.

- Knowledge on automobile vehicles related material treatments

- Knowledge in Mechanical measurements tools handling

- Material identification & classification knowledge of Ferrous/Non-Ferrous /Plastic/Composite Materials.

- Knowledge of electric vehicle/IC engine system function/working.

- Experience in Value Analysis/ Value Engineering knowledge on automotive parts.

- Project status progress, review & presentation to management.

- Very good written & oral communication.

- Team building & management skills.

- Parts inventory management.
