We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing techno-commercial proposals and managing various project activities to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure necessary materials for the site requirements.
Prepare Techno-commercial proposals.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information
Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
Prepare completion certificates and ensure all project close out documents are obtained
Ensure timely invoices are submitted to the client
Monitor and track project progress, time frames, schedules, and budgets
Define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Assist management on various administrative roles
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree of engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Looking for individuals with Visa. Work permit will be provided.
