Job PurposeWork closely with Advanced Solutions Department Manager for the implementation of Asset Management Solutions, Procedural Automation solutions, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator & digitalization.
Model building, tuning and integration of the models for OTS projects & APC Projects, meeting project requirements and quality assurance of the simulators being delivered.
Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesMultiple project co-ordination and provision of technical support for the successful completion of large AMS, Modular Automation projects for various process units, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS) to provide value-added engineering solutions
Participate in OTS & DT project validation and witness testing across UAE regions.
Carry out APC & MVC implementations starting from Control Definition, Functional Design Specifications, Plant Testing, Detailed Engineering, Modeling of Controller and Estimator, Site Integration, SAT
Qualification and ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. Master's degree is preferable.
At least 3 years' experience in OTS solutions implementations or direct operating company experience; with minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience for commissioning OTS solutions in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units
At least 2 years' experience in the field of Advanced Process Control or with minimum 1 year of Hands-on APC experience for commissioning of APC Controllers in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units
Procedural Automation implementation experience in Yokogawa -Exapilot would be an added advantage
Additional work experience in similar technologies such as blending, Movement automation, TAS planning and scheduling and refinery analytics is preferable.
Travel across all sites (ADNOC Offshore /Onshore) in the UAE region is required.

Proven track record of field experience and technical skills in the field of Advanced Process Control
Ability to deliver solutions based on proficiency in P &IDS, PFD studies and Process knowledge.

EssentialExperience in modeling and implementing high fidelity training simulator in industrial process units (oil & gas, petrochemical, etc.)
