As Engagement Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of projects for your customer segment. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations being fulfilled and delivered as per agreed targets. You know how to position us with customers and create a plan towards a long-term commitment. You know how to engage different capabilities within the organization to set up governance and delivery, and ensure performance, leadership and teamwork to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders. Qualifications:
Readiness for permanent relocation to Oman or Saudi Arabia is a plus * Past experience working in the Middle East

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business section or project portfolio management experience
- Strong track record in managing complex projects in digital innovation
- Background in digital consulting and product development
- Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in managing international teams
- Experience building sustainable accounts
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
