What you will do

The Operations Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Energy Solutions is key role to be based in Dubai and will be a part of growing team and will be responsible for executing and delivering Cooling Services solution for Building Technology and Solutions Business.

As an Energy Operations Manager, you will be responsible on delivering the end to end Scope of Work of the Cooling as a Service Solution, from the upgrade to be done in the Chiller Plant, the Operations and Maintenance of the site to the billing and collection of the utilities Services to our customers, also will be supporting in the preparation of the CaaS (Cooling as a Services) proposals by verifying and approving the scope of work and cost on it, to ensure that outcomes are as expected. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with your expertise in execution and delivering results.

How you will do it

As an Experienced Energy Operations Manager you will use your complex knowledge of Energy operations (HVAC and Controls) to execute the retrofit required and to run the Chiller Plants as per the maximum of its efficiency, you will need to have risks and mitigation management skills and be proactive. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the contracts as per customer and JCI expectations. You will be accountable of the CaaS financial results as an overall business.

As an energy operations manager you will deliver profitability of projects, create and execute Project Plans, develop productivity improvement plans for CaaS resources and ensure the Chiller Plants running in an efficient manner. You will work closely with the Sales team and provide specific functional and technical expertise, where required, including presentation assistance, technical and costing analysis. You will use you strong networking and time management skill to train the team to develop and maintain competitively advantaged \xe2\x80\x9cBest Practices\xe2\x80\x9d, analyses, current competitive.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering - Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic or similar

• Certified CEM, CMBVP, PMP professional will be an advantage.

• 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in building-related systems or services (Energy Solutions preferred)

• Proficient in financial analysis

• Proficient MS Projects / equi formats, histograms etc

• Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer focused approach

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Excellent inter-personal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners

• Fluency in the English language is essential.

• Good analytical skills

Preferred

• Recent/Past experience in energy solutions for HVAC and Controls.

• Proven track of conducting Site audits.
