:Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal as well as external resources for the proper execution of projects.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget as per the contract conditions.

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all concerned stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Follow up & manage contract negotiations in cooperation with contract management & sales teams.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Prepare project financial reports and present to management.

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Drive new opportunities & Variation orders during project execution.

• Create and maintain project documentation.

• Maintain good relations with the customer & company staff and to provide their satisfaction while protecting SE\xe2\x80\x99s rights as per contract and as per long term commitment for customer satisfaction.

• To utilize company\'s monitoring tools to follow-up and monitor projects.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical/Computer or Software Engineering.

• PMP Certified.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is an advantage.

• Min. 8 years related work experience.

• Excellent command of written & spoken English; Arabic and French are an asset.

• Experience in Automation and Protection Systems in Utilities and/or Oil&Gas Protection and Control Relays / Schemes.

• Substation Automation Systems EPMS/BMS solution projects PLC, SCADA, RTU & DCS \xe2\x80\x93 Advantage).

• Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in MS project.

• Good user of SAP.

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.

• Effective communications skills.

• Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player.

• Driving License \xe2\x80\x93 is mandatory.

• Strong motivation and interest in learning new technologies, working on projects and travelling on the frequent business trips to customers.
