Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Endocrinologist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary disorders
• Prescribe and monitor medications and hormone therapies based on individual patient needs
• Conduct consultations, explain diagnoses, and provide lifestyle, diet, and preventive health guidance
• Perform regular follow-ups, review patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Support patients with chronic or complex conditions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care across all cases
• Participate in research, clinical studies, and continuous education to stay updated on endocrinology advancements
• Implement and evaluate chronic disease management plans, particularly for diabetic, respiratory, and cardiac patients

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Endocrinologist
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• At least 5 years of specialist-level clinical experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Strong record of managing a broad range of endocrine cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
