Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Endocrinologist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and treating a full spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes and thyroid dysfunction, while ensuring a high standard of patient-centered care. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary conditions
• Prescribe and oversee medications and hormone therapies tailored to patient needs
• Conduct consultations, explain diagnoses, and guide patients on diet, lifestyle, and preventive care
• Perform follow-up assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as required
• Support patients and families dealing with complex endocrine conditions
• Collaborate with other specialists to deliver integrated care for chronic diseases
• Contribute to clinical audits, research, and continuous education to improve endocrine services
• Implement and evaluate chronic disease care plans, particularly for diabetic, cardiac, and respiratory patients

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Endocrinologist
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum 5 years' specialist-level experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
• Strong record in managing complex endocrine conditions
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a clinical environment
