Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Endocrinologist to join its expanding HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary conditions
• Prescribe and adjust medications and hormone therapies tailored to individual patient needs
• Conduct thorough consultations, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Support patients and families managing complex and chronic endocrine conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for chronic disease management
• Lead and participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous education programs to improve endocrine practice standards
• Implement and assess chronic disease care plans, especially for diabetic, cardiac, and respiratory patients

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Endocrinologist
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum of 5 years' experience at specialist level
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage complex endocrine cases and deliver evidence-based care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a clinical setting
