Our Client is looking for a knowledgeable Consultant Endocrinologist to be responsible for diagnosing and treating hormone disorders and other problems relating to the endocrine system. The endocrinologist will evaluate patient symptoms and medical histories, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. You will also help patients to deal with the physical limitations due to diseases stemming from problems with the endocrine system. To be a successful endocrinologist, you should be thoroughly trained in understanding, treating, and managing endocrine disorders. You should be analytical, supportive, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
• Advising, ordering, and performing tests and interpreting the results.
• Discussing diagnoses with patients, explaining treatment options, and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures.
• Carrying out follow-up appointments, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and medications, and updating patient records.
• Supporting patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions and their loved ones.
• Conducting research and studies on the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions to develop new treatment techniques.
• Remaining up-to-date on current discoveries, developments, trends, research, and technology.
• Handling basic administrative, clerical, and business tasks, such as filing, answering phones, or data entry.

WORKING CONDITION

• Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
• Working Days: 5-6 Days / Week
• Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning and/or Afternoon Shifts
• Contract Period 3 Years Renewable
• Probation Period 6 Months
• Family Contract: Candidate, Wife or Spouse and 2 Kids
• On Call Duties: Divided per the number of Consultants

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Medical School: MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Postgraduate Training: Completion of specialty qualification Internal Medicine Fellowship: Endocrinology Clinical Experience: Not Less Than 5 Years of Recent Experience post fellowship

SALARY

• Gross Monthly Salary: AED 60,000 \xe2\x80\x93 80,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
