Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Endocrinologist

to join our medical center on a

pure revenue-sharing basis

. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with hormonal and metabolic disorders while adhering to MOH regulations and ethical medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders, including: Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1 & 2) Thyroid disorders Obesity and metabolic syndrome PCOS and reproductive hormonal disorders Osteoporosis and calcium disorders Adrenal and pituitary gland disorders Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, investigations, and follow-ups Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle management plans Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, insurance protocols, and clinical standards Coordinate care with other specialists when required Support clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements

Valid

MOH / DHA / DOH Endocrinology license

Proven experience as an Endocrinologist (UAE experience preferred) Strong communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work independently on a revenue-sharing model Own visa preferred Commitment to ethical and evidence-based medical practice
