Diagnose and repair electromechanical vehicle systems
Read schematics and use diagnostic tools/software
Knowledge of batteries, charging systems, and safety procedures
Communicate clearly and explain technical issues to clients
Manage time effectively and maintain accurate service records
Work with electric/hybrid vehicles, ECUs, CAN bus systems
Follow high-voltage safety protocols (certification required)
Familiar with fleet management and telematics
Provide customer service and training support
Utilize advanced computer skills and Lean maintenance principles
Hold a valid driving license for vehicle testing
