Support the Employability Team Leader in supervising attendees in employability activities in their area of implementation with support in monitoring and quality of their work.
Ensure the highest quality of employability interventions and consistency between all ongoing and proposed projects in the area of responsibility, in particular with the MPCA, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, legal aid and protection projects.
Report incidents, delays or any other challenge to the implementation of activities to the Employability Team Leader.
Participate in the preparation of necessary project reports and proposals.
Participate and support in the preparation of informative material and key messages to the community.

2 years of relevant experience in employability-related work.
Excellent experience and ability to relate to people and manage group dynamics.
Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in managing databases.
