• Lead the creation of customized learning and career development paths aligned with Emirati career aspirations.
• Implement engagement and recognition programs to foster community and celebrate Emirati contributions.
• Launch and manage graduate development initiatives supporting young Emirati professionals in their career growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote cultural understanding and inclusivity across all teams.
• Use people analytics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or consulting, with a focus on retention and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratization strategies and workforce planning within the UAE.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic programs that enhance employee experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
