Position Overview
The Emiratisation Talent Sourcing Senior Manager role at Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai leads strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, engage, and pipeline UAE national talent across business segments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an Emiratisation talent sourcing strategy aligned with business hiring needs and workforce plans across Majid Al Futtaim operating companies
  • Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of market talent maps identifying top UAE national talent by role, level, industry, and geography
  • Build proactive pipelines for critical roles using strategic sourcing methodologies and diversified channels
  • Maintain accurate sourcing data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System to assess channel effectiveness
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and present insights and recommendations during quarterly operations reviews with TA leadership
  • Build and maintain talent intelligence by tracking market trends, competitor activity, and emerging sourcing techniques
  • Develop and deliver an annual employment fairs calendar to position Majid Al Futtaim as an employer of choice for local talent and optimize return on investment
  • Partner with governmental stakeholders to support demand coverage and strengthen Emiratisation pipelines
  • Ensure sourcing outcomes meet MOHRE thresholds and Majid Al Futtaim Emiratisation targets, mitigating compliance risks and penalties
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with UAE employment laws, regulations, and internal governance
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Ten or more years of experience in talent sourcing and management within corporate or shared service environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in UAE national talent sourcing and deep knowledge of the local labor market
  • Proven experience building relationships with governmental partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques, channels, and UAE employment regulations
  • Advanced certifications in talent sourcing or management are an advantage
