JOB PURPOSE:
To provide shift to shift manpower and patient care coordination. To provide crisis management for all nursing care related issues out of hours in absence of Chief Nursing Officer or assigned designee. The nursing supervisor has the responsibility and authority for making appropriate decisions.
Education requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing or Equivalent
