Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and high-quality treatment to patients with acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and evidence-based practice
Use physical therapy techniques to treat injury, illness, and post-surgical conditions, improving mobility and functional outcomes
Advise patients and clinical teams on appropriate physiotherapy interventions and alternatives to invasive treatments
Manage patients with complex healthcare needs and ensure appropriate referrals to other healthcare professionals
Support the development, education, and continuous improvement of physiotherapy treatment programs
Participate in emergency response and attend annual resuscitation and safety training
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and demonstrate ongoing clinical improvement
Candidate Requirements
Graduate Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar physiotherapy role
Experience in areas such as musculoskeletal therapy, sports rehabilitation, pain management, female health, chronic disease management, and strength and conditioning
Strong communication, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
