Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments in line with clinical best practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based methodologies.
• Apply physical therapy techniques to improve movement, function, and recovery from injury or illness.
• Assess and manage patients with complex or chronic health conditions requiring rehabilitation support.
• Recommend non-invasive physiotherapy interventions where appropriate to avoid unnecessary procedures.
• Provide emergency care when required and participate in annual resuscitation and safety training.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and assist in developing physiotherapy programs.
• Educate patients and staff on treatment plans, rehabilitation progress, and preventive care strategies.

Ideal Profile

• Emirati national as part of the Emiratisation initiative.
• Graduate Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation role.
• Hands-on experience in areas such as musculoskeletal therapy, sports rehabilitation, pain management, massage therapy, and chronic disease management.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
