• Support patients and healthcare professionals with pharmacological expertise
• Train and guide medical staff on pharmacy standards and best practices
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous professional development and process improvement initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Emirati national with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Licensed or eligible for Pharmacist registration in Dubai
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pharmacy role
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Adaptable team player capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
