As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions. You will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as needed. You will also support project planning and requirements gathering efforts across projects. This role is typically considered the entry career level for learned professional disciplines or a progression within administrative/technical specialties.

What you\'ll do:

\xc2\xb7 Support translation of business requirements into CRM business solutions

\xc2\xb7 Support requirements management efforts, including approval, communication, traceability, and re-use

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members

\xc2\xb7 Leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes

\xc2\xb7 Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies

\xc2\xb7 Educate end users on CRM functionality as needed

Skills and experiences

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in IT roles, preferably focused around business analysis, delivery or project management

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations, especially MS Dynamics OR professional knowledge of Data & AI solutions

\xc2\xb7 Some experience consulting with external clients

\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience working with global and off-shore project teams

\xc2\xb7 Great communication skills

\xc2\xb7 English skills at B2 level (we communicate in English on a daily basis)

About you

\xc2\xb7 UAE National (Emirati) with valid ID.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is strongly preferred

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
