We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate

Junior General Dentist

to join our growing dental practice in

Dubai

. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified or early-career dentist to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

The Junior General Dentist will work alongside experienced professionals, providing essential oral healthcare services and contributing to our commitment to comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans. Performing routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and professional cleanings. Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and dietary habits. Assisting in more complex dental procedures under the supervision of senior dentists. Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensuring adherence to strict sterilization and infection control protocols. Collaborating effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care. Staying updated on the latest advancements in dental techniques, technologies, and best practices through continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Valid and current license to practice dentistry in the UAE (DHA license preferred). Strong theoretical knowledge of general dentistry principles and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A patient-centered approach with empathy and a commitment to providing exceptional care. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.

Salary:

To be discussed based on experience and qualifications (competitive and commensurate with a junior role).
