Programme Overview
Our
12-month Emirati Graduate Programme
is designed to equip young engineers with real-world experience, technical knowledge, and professional mentorship. You'll gain exposure to some of the most transformative energy projects in the UAE and work alongside industry experts.During the training, you will:
Learn the
fundamentals of engineering
and design practices Gain familiarity withinternational codes and standards
Understand all stages of project design -- fromconcept to detailed design
Preparenon-critical engineering design documents
Work in acollaborative, multicultural environment
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & control or Process) Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering environment Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of engineering processes
