Job Description

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation to Chairman's Office.

Responsibilities:



Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chairman. Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external communications. Organize board meetings, including agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Maintain organized filing systems and records.

Qualifications:



Bachelors's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years experience in a executive support role. (
