MOHRE
and supported through the
NAFIS program

To handle preparation, typing, submission, and follow-up of official contracts and documentation through authorized government systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
Typing and preparation of:
Tenancy contracts (Ejari / Sharjah Municipality systems)
Addendums, renewals, cancellations
Data entry and verification of tenant and property details
Submission of contracts through government portals
Coordination with tenants, owners, and management
Printing, scanning, and archiving of documents
Handling customer inquiries related to contracts
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records
Supporting leasing and admin departments
Preparing daily and monthly typing reports
Qualifications & Requirements
UAE National (Emirati)
- mandatory
High school certificate or diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, government portals)
Arabic and English communication skills
Typing accuracy and attention to detail
Customer service skills
