Emergency Medicine Specialist required for a reputed Hospital in Sharjah
Provide appropriate emergency medical care to the patients as well as providing clinical leadership, supervision and direction to other ER staff to provide the best ER care to the patients in accordance with the Hospital\'s Policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualified to Practice as ER Specialist in UAE
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
MBBS degree and Specialization in Emergency Medicine
Minimum 5 years experience in the Emergency Department of a Hospital.
Responsibilities
You will supervise the functioning of the Emergency Department from arrival to admission discharge of patients according to the Hospital\'s Policies and Procedures
Stabilising and managing critically ill patients in ER and referring patients to appropriate specialists.
Skilled in all emergency procedures
Develop e?ective patient care plans.
Ensure patients are stable before transferring them to the appropriate department.
Clear patients for discharge or further procedures with specialists.
Supervising procedures done by residents &nurses
Advance airway management skills
Cardiac monitoring & ECG interpretation
Central venous cannulation & arterial lines
Expert in Ventilator management
