Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive emergency care, from initial assessment to stabilization and management
Lead and supervise ER medical officers, nurses, and support staff
Perform emergency procedures and ensure timely clinical decision-making
Coordinate with other specialties for referrals and advanced interventions
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and documentation requirements
Participate in on-call duties, training programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Medical Degree with recognized specialization in Emergency Medicine (or Internal Medicine with strong ER experience)
Valid medical license and eligibility for registration
Minimum 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in resource-limited settings
