This role focuses on enabling long-tail cloud partner success through strategic programs and structured frameworks.
Role Overview
As EMEA Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will manage and grow long-tail cloud partners across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Cloud Program Manager and local cloud teams. You will ensure partner engagement, program alignment, and data-driven performance tracking, with a strong focus on Cloud and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Drive partner success using structured frameworks and strategic programs Align Cloud and AI initiatives with company priorities across EMEA Collect and analyze partner data to support decision-making Engage internal stakeholders for continuous program improvement
Working Environment You will be part of a multicultural EMEA team.
Requirements 2+ years in a multinational tech/cloud company Experience in customer success, partner management, or program coordination Familiarity with cloud technologies and partner ecosystems is a plus Strong communication skills Flexibility to travel up to 25%, depending on business requirements Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus
