Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager for a garment company. with Embroidery facility in Al Quoz As a Factory Manager, you will oversee the performance and delegate tasks to workers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the factory targets are met. Salary : AED 5000 to AED 7000/- (depends on experience) Responsibilities

Planning factory daily routines. Managing a full-fledged embroidery facility. Supervising the factory workers on the production floor. Implementing production strategies as per the requirements. Monitoring and managing our full-fledged factory operations. Taking corrective action as and when required. Resolving any factory-related issues. Assigning tasks to the factory staff. Creating and enforcing quality control standards. Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures. Suggesting improvements in the strategies. Preparing production schedules and reports. Providing training to the new employees. Inspecting the quality of the finished products.

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position in the Facilities department in all aspects of garment manufacturing, sourcing, drums, and necessaries Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and leadership skills. Ability to solve complex problems. Exceptional ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding managerial skills.
