Job Purpose
The embroidery counter technician plays a frontline role, directly interacting with customers and providing complimentary services such as gift wrapping, embroidery, and engraving. They collaborate closely with the store sales team and their main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our complimentary services. They need to be always available at their desk to support customers whenever necessary.

Engage and delight our customers with the complimentary services that we offer, such as embroidery, engraving, and gift wrapping.
Make sure that the embroidery station is always staffed and ready for operation. Always maintain the desired standards, ensuring that the embroidery station is prepared for operation by refilling all stationery, changing threads in the embroidery machine, reordering new ones if needed, and ensuring there are enough gift boxes prepared until the end of the day. Keep the desk tidy and clean throughout the day.
Pay close attention to detail when handling engraving and embroidery requests, as certain fabrics and materials may not be suitable for our current machines.
Update the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for completed embroideries and engravings.
Always be proactive, approachable, visible, and available for customers.
Assist shop floor customers with their queries and support the shop floor team during busy times if needed.
Indirect support of Tailoring and WhatsApp team when needed.
Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
o High school qualification
Years of Experience
o 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar field
Knowledge and Skills
o Team player
o Can work efficiently under pressure
o Highly organized with attention to detail
