Job Description
We are a fast-growing international eCommerce company looking for a skilled
Email Deliverability Specialist
to build and manage our entire email infrastructure from the ground up. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume sending and multilingual contact management at scale.Your Mission
Design and implement a full emailing infrastructure
using tools likeMailWizz, Cloudfront, Brevo, VPS, dedicated IPs
, etc. Set up advancedIP/domain rotation
, warm-up strategies, and reputation management Manage a growingemail list of over 200,000 contacts
across5 languages
andmultiple countries
Handledaily sending volumes exceeding 100,000 emails
Build high-performing email templates (responsive, engaging, multilingual) Implement smart automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, upsells, etc.) Track and optimize key KPIs: deliverability, open rate, CTR, spam complaints, etc. Ensure technical compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist monitoring) Collaborate closely with marketing to maximize ROI from each campaignYour Profile
Solid experience in building and managing email infrastructure from scratch Deep understanding of deliverability, server setup, domain/IP reputation Experience with MailWizz, SMTP relays, Brevo, Cloudfront, VPS setup Hands-on with HTML email design or visual builders Comfortable managing large, multilingual email lists Highly analytical with a results-driven mindset

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
