Your Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Shape our CRM campaigns and newsletters with customer insight and analytical thinking
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Create engaging and high-converting email marketing campaigns
Define KPIs and actions to boost customer lifetime value
Generate reports and actionable analyses
Write compelling content tailored to our audience
Support the design and optimization of landing pages
Collaborate with the creative team to manage all aspects of the email development process (briefings, reviews, routing, delivery)
Run A/B tests for subject lines, visuals, and copy to improve open, click, and conversion rates
Support in developing and maintaining a comprehensive email and content marketing calendar aligned with key brand moments, product launches, and campaign priorities
Messenger Marketing
Plan and execute Messenger campaigns across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM.
Build automated chatbot flows for lead generation, customer support, and product recommendations.
Create personalized, conversational content to increase engagement and sales.
Integrate Messenger automation with CRM and email systems for a seamless user journey.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversation funnels.
Your Profile
Degree or training in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally with A/B testing experience
Solid understanding of CRM models, customer analysis, and segmentation
Strong skills in performance marketing
Familiarity with
Messenger marketing tools
(e.g. Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business).
Experience in e-commerce is a plus
Understanding of
customer journey design
and
lifecycle marketing
.
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of customer data and analytics
Experience with
ActiveCampaign
is a plus
Self-driven, flexible, and results-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills in
