Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Intercom, AV Systems, Fire Alarm, BMS) and IT solutions (Networking, Servers, Cloud, Security).
Meet and exceed sales targets through client acquisition and relationship management.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in facilities management, real estate, construction, and corporate sectors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with the presales/technical team to ensure accurate solution design and costing.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling additional solutions.
Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends within the UAE market.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of sales experience
in ELV/IT solutions within the UAE service industry.
Strong network of clients in real estate, facilities management, contracting, and corporate sectors.
Technical knowledge of
CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fire Alarm, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Knowledge of SIRA, Civil Defense, and UAE regulations for ELV/IT systems.
Arabic speaking is an advantage.
