Designation: ELV/BMS Engineer

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronics is preferred)


3 years Minimum experience in ELV.


Experience in Operating and maintaining the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) JCI Metasys is preferred.


Able to read and understand data sheets, O&M Manuals and ELV system drawings.


Creating daily and monthly monitoring checklists for major and critical equipment's.


Monitoring system alarms with necessary adjustments, attending and clearing.


Performing corrective and preventive maintenance for the following integrated other ELV systems:


Monitor PPM and daily CM tasks thru CAFM system and ensure completion of tasks on time.


Preparing material requests for the BMS and other ELV systems.


Providing support and instructions to technicians for rectifying and troubleshooting for various ELV systems.


Preparing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.


Excellent in using Microsoft office for Generating maintenance, incident, observation reports, Move in/out and Monthly reports for ELV systems.


Attending to BMS breakdowns in tenant units and supporting tenant contractors with system rectification.


Participating in fit-out inspections and preparing corresponding reports.


Assisting fit-out contractors with field device connections and accessibility clearance.


Identifying system configuration errors and graphics issues, providing support teams to resolve them.


Leading, monitoring and assisting ELV technicians in field troubleshooting for ELV systems.

Adaptable to work on night shifts and attend emergency call-out whenever found necessary
