Job Description

We are an IT Services & Solutions provider based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for Network CABLING (data/voice)/CCTV technicians - Outdoor (field job) with experience.
Skills Required:

UTP Cable Pulling & Termination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications. Familiarity with tools and testing equipment, such as Fluke testers. Fiber Cable Pulling & Splicing (optional). Hands-on experience in Data/CCTV cabling (villa/office/warehouse/buildings) (indoor & outdoor) Experience in CCTV works (cabling, fixing) Experience in Door Access Systems (cabling, fixing) Experience in site visit & reporting and ability to understand drawings. Should have a minimum of 3 Years of hands-on Experience in a similar position/field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent phone & email communication skills. Should be able to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail. Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team. The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively. Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure. Can easily adapt to a new environment. Excellent professional image & should be presentable.
Core duties

Installation:

Run and install new cabling, including fiber optic and ethernet, through walls, ceilings, and conduits.

Termination:

Connect and terminate cables to ports and patch panels, ensuring proper connections.

Testing:

Test all newly installed and existing cables using specialized equipment to ensure signal integrity and performance.

Maintenance and repair:

Troubleshoot and repair existing cable systems, identifying and replacing faulty cables or components.

Documentation:

Label cables and maintain organized records of network infrastructure.

Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate safety equipment, and work in various and sometimes challenging environments, which may include high places, tight spaces, or hazardous conditions.
