Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test ELV systems, including:
CCTV
Access Control
(Biometric, RFID)
Audio-Visual & Intercom Systems
Public Address with Background Music (PABGM)
Structured Cabling & IP Telephony
Gate Barriers, Sliding/Swing Doors
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Configure network components (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routers, access points).
Perform Windows OS and application installations.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain network printers and workstations.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in ELV and IT systems.
Maintain detailed documentation for all projects and service activities.
Train clients on proper system usage and provide technical support.
Adhere to company safety protocols and local regulatory compliance.
Respond to emergency service calls and support team as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
0-1 years of hands-on experience
in ELV systems.
Proven knowledge of:
Networking and troubleshooting
Crimping and termination
Windows installation, backup & data restoration
CCTV and access control design to implementation
Fiber cabling, IP telephony, PA systems, AV systems, smart TV, digital signage
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently or within a team environment.
