This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Technician located in Sharjah. The ELV Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Daily tasks will include working with systems such as CCTV, SMATV, GATE BARRIER, INTERCOM, Access control, Public address, fire alarm, and data networks. The technician will ensure that all systems are operational and meet safety standards. Coordination with project managers, clients, and other technicians is required to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge in networking and data transmission methods
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Good communication and teamwork skills
Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus
Familiarity with Autocad
Driving License in UAE is a plus.
