ELV (Extra?Low Voltage)

Install, wire, test, and maintain all ELV systems Adhere to safety standards and project drawings

CCTV

Install and configure IP/analog cameras, lenses, mounts Setup NVRs/DVRs, perform firmware updates, configure recording modes Calibrate and align cameras, ensure optimal coverage and image quality

Access Control

Install card readers, biometric scanners, door controllers, electric/magnetic locks Program access panels, configure user credentials and zones Test door operations, integrate with alarms or CCTV

Structured Cabling

Pull, route, and terminate copper (Cat5e/6/7) and fiber-optic cables Test cable integrity (continuity, attenuation, OTDR for fiber) Label and document cable runs, maintain cable management

Job Summary

We seek an experienced ELV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems. The role requires an autonomous, detail-oriented professional with strong technical capabilities and solid hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Systems

Mount, install, and configure IP/analog cameras Setup NVR/DVR units; ensure recording, playback, and remote access Calibrate camera angles, test feeds, perform firmware updates

Access Control

Install card readers, biometric devices, door controllers & magnetic locks Program user access levels, conduct access zones testing Integrate controls with alarms or CCTV systems

Structured Cabling

Pull, terminate, test copper (Cat 5e/6/7) and fiber (LC/ST) cables Conduct continuity, attenuation, and OTDR tests; label/document runs
