Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician to join our dynamic parking management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to ensure seamless operation of our parking infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems including CCTV, access control, public address systems, and fire alarms within parking facilities.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure continuous service availability.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to implement system upgrades and new installations.

- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and inventory.

- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working onsite.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an ELV Technician or in a similar role, preferably within the parking management or related sectors.

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and PA systems.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work if necessary.

- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
