Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician to join our team in the UAE, specializing in parking management and maintenance systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting extra-low voltage systems to ensure seamless operation of parking infrastructure and security solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Install, test, and commission extra-low voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and intercom systems within parking facilities.

- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure all ELV systems are functioning optimally and comply with safety standards.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in ELV systems efficiently to minimize downtime and service interruptions.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to plan and execute upgrades or system enhancements.

- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety procedures, and organizational policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an ELV Technician, preferably within parking management or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, intercom, and related technologies.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic faults.

- Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Relevant technical certifications or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.

- Willingness to work on-site within various locations across the UAE and adapt to shift schedules if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
