Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ELV Technician with hands-on experience in CCTV, structured cabling, access control systems, and PABX installation & configuration. The candidate should be capable of leading a team on-site, ensuring project completion within deadlines and maintaining proper documentation, reports, and work completion certificates (WCC). A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, test, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV surveillance systems (IP/Analog), structured cabling (Cat6, Fiber, Patch panels, Termination & Labeling), Access control & attendance systems, and PABX/Intercom systems installation and configuration.

2. Lead and supervise team members during on-site installation and commissioning.

3. Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and wiring diagrams.

4. Conduct site surveys, project planning, and material estimation.

5. Coordinate with project engineers and clients for smooth execution.

6. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and project documentation.

7. Prepare and submit Work Completion Certificates (WCC) after project handover.

8. Troubleshoot system faults and provide technical support on-site.

9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, PABX, and cabling systems.

2. Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, Grandstream, Cisco, TP-Link, etc.

3. Ability to lead and guide a technical team on-site.

4. Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

6. Valid UAE Driving License (Compulsory).

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3?6 years of experience in ELV projects and installation work within Dubai or UAE.

3. Fluency in English / Hindi; Arabic an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
