Job position: ELV Technician

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time / Project-Based

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ELV Technician with more than 4 years of experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, SMATV, access control, BGM systems, ANPR cameras, and structure cabling. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ELV systems at various project sites across Dubai.

This position offers project-based compensation, with payment calculated per day or per hour based on project scope and duration.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, SMATV, access control, and BGM. Lead or assist the site team in daily ELV installation tasks. Read and interpret ELV and MEP drawings to execute work accurately. Perform Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable termination and testing. Conduct rack installation, camera setup, and SIRA-compliant CCTV tuning. Support the MEP team and resolve technical issues during installation. Ensure projects are completed within time and quality standards. Prepare progress reports and provide feedback to the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate. Experience: Minimum 4 years in ELV system installation and maintenance. Proven expertise in CCTV, SMATV, access control, and BGM systems. Excellent understanding of ELV drawings, cable routing, and terminations. Familiar with SIRA standards and elevator security installations. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to work independently or in a team.

Compensation:

Project-based payment (daily or hourly rate depending on the project). Rate will be discussed based on experience and scope of work.
