NAVSAC solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post ELV Technician - The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the same field and basic qualification. Should hold a Valid UAE Driving License.
Responsibilities
The position require technician, who have experiences in ELV systems - CCTV, Structure cabling system, Access Control, Intercom, Smart home solution, Wi-Fi System and Networking.
Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
Site survey, troubleshooting and documentation.
Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
Order parts needed for repairs if needed.
Fill out reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Added Skills will be an advantage: BMS, PABX/IP Telephone, PC Troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Should have fluency in English.
Communication skills to coordinate site activities with client and contractor
Must have UAE Driving license
