Job Description
As an ELV Technician at SGTC you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, testing, and commissioning ELV systems, including but not limited to security and surveillance, access control, fire alarm, audio-visual, and communication systems.
- Collaborating with our project team to ensure the successful deployment of ELV solutions that meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of ELV systems to ensure they function reliably and efficiently.
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, performing diagnostics, and implementing corrective actions.
- Adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices during all ELV system installations and maintenance activities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
