Job Description

Job Purpose:

To install, test, commission, and maintain Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Public Address, and other related systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in ELV systems installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and standards. Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Familiar with tools and test equipment used for ELV work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test ELV systems including: CCTV & Security Systems Access Control & Door Intercom Systems Fire Alarm & Emergency Systems Structured Cabling & Data Networks Public Address (PA) and Audio-Visual Systems Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for ELV systems. Ensure proper cable management and labeling according to project standards. Assist in system configuration, programming, and commissioning. Perform troubleshooting and repair of faults in ELV systems. Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure smooth execution of works. Maintain accurate records of installations, testing, and maintenance activities. Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe practices or incidents.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in installation. Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical codes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
