Maintenance:
Conduct regular maintenance of ELV systems, ensuring they are fully functional. Perform inspections, tests, and troubleshooting to prevent issues and improve performance.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose faults in ELV systems, such as malfunctioning cameras, sensors, or control panels, and repair or replace faulty components.
System Integration:
Integrate ELV systems with building management systems (BMS), ensuring seamless communication between different low-voltage systems.
Wiring & Cabling:
Install and maintain wiring and cabling for systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Testing & Calibration:
Perform testing and calibration of ELV equipment and components, ensuring they operate at optimal levels and meet safety standards.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of system installations, configurations, maintenance schedules, repairs, and any modifications made to the systems.
Customer Service:
Provide technical support to clients, explaining the features and functions of their ELV systems. Offer guidance on proper usage and troubleshooting minor issues.
Upgrades & Enhancements:
Suggest and implement upgrades or enhancements to existing ELV systems to improve functionality, performance, or security.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all installations and repairs are performed in accordance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC) and comply with safety regulations.
