We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, with hands-on experience in CCTV servers and software such as Wisenet, Milestone, and HikCentral. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems, including:
CCTV systems and servers (Wisenet, Milestone, HikCentral)
Access Control systems
SMATV systems
Structured cabling (data and telephone networks)
Intercom and telephone systems
Ensure proper alignment, placement, and connectivity of all ELV equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all ELV systems
Set up and configure Wi-Fi access points and network routers for optimal performance
Supervise site installations and coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution
Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance
Hands-on experience with CCTV servers/software (Wisenet, Milestone, HikCentral), Access Control, SMATV, Intercom, Telephone Systems, and Structured Cabling
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
