Install, test, and maintain ELV systems such as:
CCTV and surveillance systems
Access control and biometric systems
Fire alarm systems
Public address (PA) systems
Structured cabling (data/voice)
Audio-visual (AV) systems
Intruder alarm/security systems
Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Perform cabling, termination, and connections for ELV systems.
Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
Ensure installations comply with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Conduct periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ELV systems and equipment.
Ability to use testing tools (multimeters, CCTV testers, crimping tools, etc.).
Basic networking knowledge
Hands-on skills in cabling, termination, and configuration.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Previous experience in ELV system installation and maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
