Job Description

We are looking for a professional

Electrical & Smart Home Site Supervisor

with strong experience in electrical systems, smart home technologies, project supervision, and on-site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation teams, supervising site progress, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality execution of electrical and smart home projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily

on-site supervision

across multiple project locations Manage, assign, and oversee technicians and electricians at the site Install, configure, and test

smart home systems

, including: Smart switches Sensors Curtains motors Wi-Fi smart devices Controllers (Zigbee, WiFi, KNX basic if needed) Supervise

electrical installations

(lighting, cables, DBs, conduits, wiring) Coordinate with project managers regarding site progress and deadlines Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets technical standards Troubleshoot electrical and smart home issues on-site Prepare daily site reports and documentation Ensure compliance with

site safety rules

and company standards Communicate professionally with clients and provide status updates Train or guide junior technicians and electricians when required Work under pressure and manage multiple sites efficiently

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience in

electrical works

and

smart home installations

Experience supervising teams on-site Good understanding of smart home systems and wiring (Wi-Fi / Zigbee / low-voltage) Ability to configure smart home devices via

mobile apps / Web UI

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts Strong time management, leadership, and communication skills Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally on-site Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experience with brands such as:

Sonoff, Tuya, Aqara, TIS, Zigbee hubs, Fibaro, etc.
