who can manage a team on-site, handle installations, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an

ELV Team Lead

who will supervise field technicians, ensure proper installation of smart home and ELV systems, and act as the technical point of contact on-site. This role requires excellent knowledge of cable pulling, termination, basic CCTV setup, and IP networking. The ideal candidate should also be tech-savvy and able to work with apps, device configurations, and system dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small team of ELV technicians during installation projects. Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks and ensure timelines are met. Oversee cable pulling, termination (CAT6/CAT6a), and rack setup. Install and configure CCTV systems (IP and Analog), NVRs, and remote viewing access. Handle basic networking setup: assigning static IPs, router/switch config, and PoE devices. Provide first-level troubleshooting and testing of installations. Ensure installation quality, neatness, and documentation. Train junior staff and guide them in technical execution. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers as needed. Stay up to date with smart home technologies, applications, and system updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Strong hands-on skills in cable pulling, cable termination, and basic networking. Experience with CCTV systems (preferably Hikvision, Dahua, or similar). Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, static IPs, port forwarding). Tech-savvy and comfortable with app-based configuration, firmware updates, and system dashboards. Able to read drawings and follow installation diagrams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qatar ID with NOC or transferable visa.

Preferred:

Experience with smart home platforms (HDL, KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, etc.) Valid Qatar driving license English or Arabic communication skills

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
